CAMPAIGN: Pippi of Today

Project summary:

In 2020, The Astrid Lindgren Company worked with Save the Children launched a campaign “Pippi of Today” for supporting the world’s strongest girls who are refugee children are forced to sail across the Mediterranean sea. And QBank has sponsor for this campaign by creating the new media portal for smooth distribute media to variety channels through out the year.

The challenges:

We worked seamlessly with project owners and developers in QBank and an initial meeting with stakeholders. I designed a new media portal for the campaign in 2020 - “Pippi of Today” from sketch with pen and paper to a final high-fidelity mockup for implementation.

The solution &
Design process

We worked seamlessly with project owners and developers in QBank and an initial meeting with stakeholders. I designed a new media portal for the campaign in 2020 - “Pippi of Today” from sketch with pen and paper to a final high-fidelity mockup for implementation.

  • I studied the guideline for the messaging of this campaign. Applying their branding to the
    new media portal with sketches, user flows and then created mockups.

  • Collaborate with full-stack developer and system engineer for bringing out the best solution.

  • Held meeting together project managers and clients for feedback and updates.

Sketches

For the preliminary design applied colorful and fun layout and I created first mockup and discussed with developers and clients.

Finalize

- A New Champaign Site

Applying the branding to the new champaign site with sketches, , refined ideas and revised design. I worked closely together with stakeholders and developers.

Reflection

It is not easy to balance my focus on the message of the campaign and between what the user's needs and stakeholders expect as well as the technical issue. I would have started a low-fidelity prototype. I'm glad to be part of the team and contribute my skills to promoting this meaningful campaign.
